A: Yes, the program supports all Windows platforms.
Q: Where can I purchase HiDialer 2000?

software. You can purchase using one of major credit cards, purchasing
orders, by fax, wire transfer.
Q: Can I upgrade HiDialer 2000 Standard to Pro version?
A: Sure, you can. Go to upgrade page. You need to know your order ID for HiDialer 2000 Standard.
Q: I have purchased the software, but need to reinstall it.
Who do I contact?
A: Please contact support@hidialer2000.com for assistance. Please include your name, approximate date of purchase, and the email address that you used on your order.
Q: When you will release next version must I pay again?
A: No, your license will valid for all future releases of the
program.
Q: Which kind of modems supports your program?
A: HiDialer 2000 supports all kind of hardware and software
modems and ISDN modems as well.
Q: Do I need to setup Dial-up accounts again in the program?
A: No, you don't. After installing of the HiDialer 2000 you can start dialing to one of yours ISP. However, we recommend you to check all settings that the program imported.
Q: What about updates?
A: Previous version registered users Does not need to enter serial key
again for upgrade to the new version !
Your license code will work with the current version of the HiDialer 2000, and with future upgrades that will be released. In other words, you will get a "lifetime" license, no future upgrade costs to worry about.
