The Selectee serves as an Information Systems Program Manager for various Information Systems and Talent Management Systems (TMS) supporting and advising on the planning, requirements gathering, implementation, integration, upgrading, testing, maintenance, and reporting of systems. Coordinates systems planning with HRPD, Bureau executives, steering committees, stakeholders, and contractors and is responsible for the functional and technical operation and enhancement of Human Resource Information Systems(HRIS) and Talent Management Systems (TMS) and the processes and standards governing their use.
