We have now entered the Age of Productivity; The End of Employee Entitlement. This is an exciting age to be living in and one that requires responsibility on behalf of all of those in the workforce. We are not in a period that allows the mediocre to survive on the work of the active and dedicated. Many reading this article may think that I have gone too far pro-corporation, too distant pro-greed. Those individuals will miss the basic premise that I propose, which is that desire is the foundation of all innovation and that to support greed in the workforce is to promote the very survival of our combined economic interests.

What brought about the age of productivity is quite simply the end of yet another economic bubble. This time it was the construction, housing, and finance balloons that brought about a devastating collapse of our economic foundations. Was this brought about by greed, by the very thing which I say is useful and required? In part, the answer is yes. Desire, in a form, did bring about this whole problem. However, it was not the greed of those able to perform that caused the economic woes of the past many years. Instead, it was the greed of the substandard employee, the inferior worker and the substandard person that brought this about. Those of great intellect, those of great innovation and those of excellent work ethic did not bring about this collapse. Instead, it is those very classes of people that have brought us through this period and into the other side. The other hand, is, of course, the age of productivity, we can review directly on シンガポール転職情報.

The age of productivity is a genuine thing in the corporate world. The period of productivity speaks to シンガポール 就職情報  those individuals able and willing to work hard, perform well, learn as much as possible and genuinely become integral parts of the team. These individuals require only good pay and excellent benefits, which they have rightly earned through their hard work and dedication. They do not need the excesses encouraged by unions and the political establishment. Thankfully, all they seek is a real reward for their work ethic and how they contribute to the organization’s bottom line.

Corporate responsibilities to promote the acceleration of the age of productivity are many. Companies must, during this new age of the workforce, encourage innovation and work ethic through a demand for excellence — a claim that in the past was just encouragement, but not a requirement. Companies must go beyond expecting workers to fulfill their end of the bargain and offer something tangible for those that genuinely embody this new age. Companies must offer competitive pay, bonuses, wide-ranging シンガポール 就職 benefits and other perks that appeal to those that provide all they can contribute to the company that has employed them. Entirely just, companies must put some skin in the game as well.

This new age of productivity spells, as I have suggested, the end of employee entitlements. This spells the purpose of allowing the substandard worker to benefit from those that excel in the workforce and the use of enabling inferior workers to bring down corporate profits and indeed, companies themselves. We must not accept, nor condone, the good of the workforce above the right of the exceptional worker.

I speak like a CEO, as a leader of an organization, and as a former worker for many years. I talk on requirements that I must embody in my organization on a form of the future which I now see taking shape among us. I am no longer content to sit by and watch great organizations fail due to the mediocre they employ and the ways that they encourage such failure without even realizing they are doing so. To survive and to thrive, we must support and promote the age of productivity. We must welcome the future of innovation and the future of the workforce, and we must offer all the encouragements that we can provide to those that embody these most excellent beliefs.
